1. Introduction

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("the User", "you" or "your") and Dewi138 ("the Company", "we", "us" or "our"), the operator of the online gaming platform accessible at dewi138.cam (the "Platform"). These Terms govern your access to and use of all services, games, betting markets, promotions and features offered on the Platform.

By accessing the Platform, creating an account, making a deposit or placing a bet, you confirm that you have read, understood and agree to be bound by these Terms in their entirety, together with our Privacy Policy and Responsible Gambling Policy, which are incorporated herein by reference. If you do not agree to any part of these Terms, you must immediately cease using the Platform.

Dewi138 operates under an international gaming licence and serves players across Malaysia, including those located in Kuala Lumpur, Penang, Johor Bahru, Petaling Jaya, Shah Alam and other cities and states throughout the country. Nothing in these Terms shall be construed as constituting an endorsement of online gambling by any Malaysian governmental authority.

To register and maintain an account on the dewi138 Platform, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility criteria at the time of registration and on an ongoing basis:

1. You must be at least 21 years of age. Dewi138 strictly enforces the 21+ minimum age requirement. Any Account found to belong to a person under the age of 21 will be immediately suspended and all funds confiscated pending investigation.
2. You must be a natural person. Corporate entities, trusts, partnerships and other legal persons are not eligible to hold an Account.
3. You must not be a resident of or physically located in a Prohibited Jurisdiction at the time of Account registration or any subsequent login.
4. You must not be subject to any self-exclusion order, either requested by yourself through the Platform's responsible gambling tools or imposed by any regulatory authority.
5. You must not currently hold another active Account on the Platform. Dewi138 enforces a strict one-account-per-person policy. Holding multiple accounts constitutes a material breach of these Terms.
6. You must have full legal capacity to enter into a binding contract under the laws of your jurisdiction.

4. Account Registration & KYC Verification

4.1 Registration Requirements

When registering an Account, you agree to provide accurate, complete and truthful information including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, email address and contact number. You must promptly update your Account information if any of these details change.

4.2 KYC Documentation

Prior to processing your first withdrawal, Dewi138 will require you to complete the KYC verification process by submitting one or more of the following documents:

• A valid Malaysian MyKad (front and back) or international passport (bio-data page);
• A recent utility bill, bank statement or other official document confirming your residential address (dated within the last three months);
• Proof of ownership of the payment method used for deposits (e.g., screenshot of your Touch 'n Go eWallet, Boost, GrabPay or bank statement matching the depositing account).

Dewi138 reserves the right to request additional documentation at any time in accordance with anti-money laundering obligations. Failure to provide requested documents within 14 calendar days may result in Account suspension.

4.3 Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your Account credentials. You must not share your username, password or two-factor authentication codes with any third party. Any activity conducted through your Account shall be deemed to have been carried out by you. Notify our support team immediately if you suspect unauthorised access to your Account.

5. Deposits & Withdrawals

5.1 Accepted Payment Methods

Dewi138 supports the following payment methods for deposits and withdrawals:

• E-Wallets: Touch 'n Go eWallet, Boost, GrabPay
• Instant Bank Transfer: DuitNow, FPX (all major Malaysian banks including Maybank, CIMB, Public Bank, Hong Leong Connect, RHB)
• Online Banking: Maybank2u, CIMB Clicks, Public Bank Online
• Cryptocurrency: USDT (Tether), BTC (Bitcoin)

Dewi138 reserves the right to add, modify or remove payment methods at its sole discretion with reasonable notice where practicable.

5.2 Deposit Terms

All deposits must originate from a payment method registered in your own name. Third-party deposits are strictly prohibited. Minimum and maximum deposit limits are displayed in your Account dashboard and may vary by payment method and account tier. Deposits are generally credited to your Account balance within the processing timeframes indicated at the point of transaction.

5.3 Withdrawal Terms

Withdrawals are subject to the following conditions:

1. KYC verification must be fully completed before any withdrawal is processed;
2. All applicable bonus wagering requirements attached to your current balance must be satisfied;
3. The withdrawal amount must not exceed your current daily, weekly or monthly withdrawal limits;
4. Withdrawals must be made to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit where technically possible;
5. Dewi138 targets the following indicative processing times: e-wallets (Touch 'n Go eWallet, Boost, GrabPay) under 5 minutes; DuitNow and FPX transfers 5–15 minutes; bank wire transfers 15–60 minutes. These are indicative targets and may vary during high-volume periods.

5.4 Currency

All Account balances are held and displayed in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR/RM) unless the User has specifically selected a cryptocurrency deposit method, in which case the equivalent MYR value at the time of deposit will be applied. Dewi138 is not liable for exchange rate fluctuations affecting cryptocurrency transactions.

6. Bonuses & Promotions

6.1 General Bonus Terms

All bonuses, promotions and special offers made available by Dewi138 are subject to these general terms and any specific terms communicated at the time the promotion is offered. In the event of a conflict between specific promotion terms and these general Terms, the specific promotion terms shall prevail.

6.2 Wagering Requirements

Unless expressly stated otherwise in the applicable promotion terms, all bonuses are subject to a minimum wagering requirement before any portion of the bonus or winnings derived therefrom may be withdrawn. The standard wagering multiplier applicable to each bonus will be clearly stated in the promotion details. Dewi138 reserves the right to specify which games contribute to wagering requirements and at what percentage.

6.3 Bonus Abuse

The following activities constitute bonus abuse and will result in the cancellation of all bonuses, forfeiture of associated winnings, and may result in permanent Account closure:

• Registering multiple accounts to claim the same bonus;
• Using bonus funds for low-variance betting strategies designed solely to meet wagering requirements with minimal risk;
• Coordinating bonus claims with other users (arbitrage, syndicate play);
• Providing false information to qualify for a promotion;
• Exploiting any error, technical fault or loophole in the Platform's bonus system.

6.4 Referral & VIP Programmes

Participation in the dewi138 referral programme and VIP loyalty tiers is governed by the specific terms applicable to each programme, which are available on the Platform. Dewi138 reserves the right to modify, suspend or terminate any programme at any time, provided that accrued benefits already earned shall not be unreasonably forfeited.

7. Betting & Gaming Rules

7.1 Acceptance of Bets

All bets are accepted at the sole discretion of Dewi138. The Company reserves the right to refuse, limit, void or amend any bet without providing reasons. This includes, but is not limited to, situations where the Platform believes a bet has been placed in error, where the odds were manifestly incorrect, or where suspicious betting activity has been detected.

7.2 Sports Betting

Sports betting markets — including Liga Super Malaysia, English Premier League (EPL), UEFA competitions, UFC, international football and other events — are governed by the specific sports betting rules published on the Platform. In the event of market disputes, abandoned events or rule 4 deductions, the Company's ruling shall be final subject to the complaints procedure set out in Section 14.

7.3 Casino Games & RNG

All casino games, including slots, live dealer tables, video poker and virtual sports, use certified Random Number Generator (RNG) software that has been independently audited for fairness. Dewi138 does not guarantee any specific outcome or return on any individual game session. Published RTP (Return to Player) percentages are long-run theoretical figures, not session-specific guarantees.

7.4 Technical Errors

In the event of a technical malfunction, system failure or manifestly incorrect game result arising from a platform error, Dewi138 reserves the right to void affected bets and return staked amounts to the relevant players' accounts. The Company shall not be liable for any winnings paid as a result of a technical error.

8. Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the Platform. Engaging in any prohibited activity may result in immediate Account suspension, permanent closure, forfeiture of all balances and, where applicable, referral to law enforcement authorities:

1. Accessing the Platform from a Prohibited Jurisdiction using a VPN, proxy or any other method of location obfuscation;
2. Using automated software, bots, scripts or artificial intelligence tools to place bets or interact with the Platform in any way;
3. Engaging in match-fixing, collusion or any activity that undermines the integrity of any sporting event or casino game;
4. Money laundering or using the Platform for any purpose connected with proceeds of crime;
5. Attempting to hack, reverse-engineer, or otherwise tamper with the Platform's software or infrastructure;
6. Harassing, threatening or abusing Dewi138 staff or other users through any communication channel;
7. Misrepresenting your identity, age or location in any communication with Dewi138.

9. Intellectual Property

All content on the dewi138 Platform, including but not limited to software code, databases, graphics, logos, text, game interfaces and audio-visual elements, is the exclusive intellectual property of Dewi138 or its licensed content providers. No part of the Platform may be copied, reproduced, distributed, republished, transmitted or otherwise exploited for any commercial purpose without the prior written consent of Dewi138.

Users are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform solely for personal, non-commercial gaming purposes in accordance with these Terms. This licence does not include any right to sub-license, sell, resell or otherwise commercially exploit any element of the Platform.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Dewi138, its directors, employees, agents and licensors shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages arising from:

• Your use of or inability to access the Platform;
• Any loss of data, profits, goodwill or winnings arising from technical failures or errors;
• Unauthorised access to your Account resulting from your failure to maintain adequate security of your credentials;
• Any interruption, suspension or termination of the Platform or any service provided thereon;
• Any decision, ruling or settlement made in relation to a disputed bet or game result.

In jurisdictions where limitation of liability is restricted, the Company's liability shall be limited to the maximum extent permitted by law. Nothing in these Terms limits liability for fraud, death or personal injury caused by negligence.

11. Responsible Gambling

Dewi138 is committed to promoting responsible gambling and providing tools to help players maintain control over their gaming activity. The following features are available to all registered users through their Account settings:

• Deposit Limits: Daily, weekly and monthly deposit caps;
• Loss Limits: Maximum net loss thresholds per defined period;
• Session Time Limits: Automatic session cutoffs after a defined period of play;
• Reality Checks: Periodic reminders of time and money spent during a session;
• Self-Exclusion: Voluntary account suspension for a minimum period of 30 days up to permanent exclusion;
• Cooling-Off Period: Temporary account pause of 24 hours, 7 days or 30 days.

12. Account Termination

12.1 Termination by Dewi138

Dewi138 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any Account at its sole discretion, including in circumstances where: the User has breached any provision of these Terms; KYC verification cannot be completed to the Company's satisfaction; fraudulent, deceptive or criminal activity is suspected; or the User is determined to be a minor or located in a Prohibited Jurisdiction.

Where an Account is closed for breach of Terms, all bonus balances and any winnings derived from bonus funds shall be forfeited. Real money deposits may be returned at the Company's discretion following an investigation, minus any applicable processing fees.

12.2 Termination by the User

You may close your Account at any time by contacting our customer support team via live chat or email. Before closure, you must withdraw any available real money balance. Dewi138 will process Account closure requests within 5 business days. Accounts with pending withdrawals, open disputes or active self-exclusion periods cannot be closed until such matters are resolved.

13. Amendments to These Terms

Dewi138 reserves the right to amend, update or replace these Terms at any time. Where changes are material, reasonable notice will be provided through a notice displayed on the Platform or via email to your registered address. Your continued use of the Platform following the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.

It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically. The "Last Updated" date at the top of this page indicates when the most recent changes were made. If you do not agree with any amendment, you must cease using the Platform and, if desired, close your Account in accordance with Section 12.2.

14. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

14.1 Governing Law

These Terms and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction under which Dewi138 holds its international gaming licence. Users acknowledge that this may differ from the laws of Malaysia.

14.2 Internal Complaints Procedure

All disputes should first be raised with our customer support team via live chat, providing full details of the issue and any supporting evidence. Dewi138 aims to acknowledge all complaints within 24 hours and resolve them within 10 business days. Where resolution is not possible at the customer support level, the matter may be escalated to a senior complaints officer.

14.3 Dispute Limitation

Any claim or cause of action arising from your use of the Platform must be submitted within six (6) months of the event giving rise to the claim. Claims submitted after this limitation period shall be barred.
